Cham Wings Airlines announced the start of its flights from Aleppo International Airport to Abu Dhabi Airport in the United Arab Emirates, with an initial rate of one flight on Friday of each week.
The company said in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that as of next Friday, the company will start operating its first direct flights from Aleppo city airport to Abu Dhabi city airport at the rate of one flight on Friday every week.
In its statement, the company indicated that these direct flights from Aleppo Airport and vice versa are of great importance to the ancient historical and economic city of Aleppo and to its citizens and visitors, as it works to facilitate their travel movement and reduce the burdens they previously incurred to reach the city.
The company pointed out that the Abu Dhabi station comes after the company recently operated direct flights from Aleppo Airport to Kuwait Airport, thus Aleppo has become linked to direct flights with many important stations including Sharjah, Kuwait, Yerevan and Beirut, in addition to its new destination to Abu Dhabi.
The company had recently started operating its first flights from Lattakia Airport to Sharjah and back.
