The announcement was made by Defense Minister Bnei Gantz, after the GSS revealed the direct ties between the organization, which defines itself as a "human rights organization," and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Following the announcement, the EU stopped supporting the organization and conducted an examination of its activities.
In recent days, the European money transfer has been renewed, after an investigation conducted by the Union claimed that no problematic findings were found.
The total amount of support is 296 thousand euros, part of which was paid to the organization prior to the freezing of funds.
$ 50,000 will now be transferred to Al Haq, the rest of the grant.

At the same time that the Europeans were training the organization, al-Haq launched an unprecedented campaign and recruited 90 Palestinian organizations, which would join the call to effectively eliminate Israel.
