Deir Ezzor-SANA
Two civilians were martyred during an airdrop operation carried out by the American occupation forces in the village of Al-Zar in the northeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Local sources told SANA reporter that helicopters of the American occupation forces carried out an airdrop operation at dawn today in the village of Al-Zar in the northeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, with the support of a group of SDF militiamen, which led to the death of two civilians.
The sources indicated that the landing operation was accompanied by heavy gunfire, as part of the US occupation's policy of restricting the people in the areas it occupies on the Syrian island.
From time to time, the American occupation forces carry out raids and landings, in cooperation with the associated “Qasd” militia, targeting civilian homes in the areas they occupy in the countryside of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Hasaka, and spreading terror among the people.
