Renowned photographer Romano Kenioni toured the country during the Yom Kippur War and documented the battlefields and home front, including the well-known picture of Jonathan Avrech, "The Eyes of War."
In an equally impressive but lesser-known picture is a soldier whose face is covered with a bandage, which a woman hugs.
