A man attacked a bank in Ruhstorf an der Rott with a gun and stole a four-digit sum of money.
Now he's on the run.

According to a police press release, the approximately 30-year-old threatened an employee with a pistol and stole cash.
Now he's on the run.

Bank robbery in Bavaria: man with pistol on the run
On Tuesday, July 5th, the armed bank robbery took place in the small community in eastern Bavaria.
According to the police, citing the statements of the witness, the perpetrator, who is estimated to be around 30 years old, used a pistol.
He stole an amount in the low four-digit range, according to the report.
He then fled – and has not yet been caught by the police.
Therefore, the officials warn the population of hitchhikers and conspicuous people.
At the time of the armed robbery, no other people were in the bank branch - only employees were there.
Nobody got hurt.
