Daraa-Sana
Daraa Governorate received today three internal transport buses provided by the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment as a gift from the People's Republic of China.
Member of the Executive Office of the Daraa Provincial Council, responsible for the transport sector, Hamdan Khaddour, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that two buses will operate on the al-Sanamayn line within the route of al-Sanamayn, al-Quniyah, Hajjah al-Sheikh Miskeen, and the third bus on the Nawa Sheikh Saad axis, Masaken Jaleen and al-Muzayrib al-Yadouda, all the way to Daraa. The governorate needs about ten buses to serve citizens on all lines.
He added: The buses will operate within a well-studied plan from Daraa Governorate, at a rate of two trips per day, and a number of drivers have been appointed to ensure that they operate in the required manner, stressing that the aim of placing buses on these lines is to solve some transportation problems while ensuring that the citizen can access his work and place of residence comfortably and at a symbolic price.
