Farmer falls under his own mowing tractor and dies

A fatal accident occurred in Lower Bavaria on Monday.
A farmer fell under the tires of his tractor while mowing.
Wiesenfelden – A terrible accident claimed a life in the Cham district on Monday (July 5).
A 74-year-old farmer was mowing his tractor in a field near Zinzenzell.
The police suspect that the man stopped his work because of defective brakes.
"Most likely, the accident victim then tried to repair the damage to the tractor himself," said the police.

When trying to repair the tractor, it probably started moving on its own.
The 71-year-old fell under the tires and suffered fatal injuries.
Since the man did not appear at home, his relatives went in search.
They found him lying lifeless on the tractor.
"Despite the emergency doctor being called in immediately using a rescue helicopter and two ambulances, any help came too late for the 74-year-old."
