As indicated by the government site “Rappel.Conso”, the consumption deadlines range from June 29 to July 16.
It is therefore recommended not to eat this product and destroy it.
With a recall procedure that lasts until July 20, consumers can also return the burrata to the store for a refund.
You should know that listeria is responsible for listeriosis, causing, among other things, fever and body aches.
It can also lead to complications in people at risk, such as pregnant women or immunocompromised people.
“
Listeriosis is a disease which can be serious and whose incubation period can be up to eight weeks
”, specifies the government site: consumers are therefore called upon to be cautious.
