Lugansk - Sana
Assistant Minister of the Interior of the Lugansk People's Republic Vitaly Kiselev announced that thousands of American, French, British and other Western mines had been found in the liberated territories of the republic.
TASS quoted Kiselev as saying in a statement: "After the liberation of our cities, there is still another war going on, which is the mine war, where engineers are working to withdraw and remove thousands of American, French, British, German, Norwegian, Finnish and Lithuanian mines."
Kiselev added that the armed formations of the regime forces in Kyiv left many internationally banned anti-personnel mines in Luhansk, which pose a threat to the lives of civilians, pointing out that experts find landmines that are difficult to remove and deal with them professionally.
