The Luhansk People's Republic announced that the Nazi battalions of the regime forces in Kyiv, Ukraine, bombed today a maternity hospital in the city of Slaviansk in an area under its control, accusing the Russian forces of targeting civilians.
"The Ukrainian Nazi battalions opened fire on a maternity hospital in Slavyansk under their control, to blame the Russian and Lugansk forces," TASS news agency quoted a source close to the People's Police of the republic as saying.
And the Assistant Minister of the Interior of the Republic, Vitaly Kiselov, had announced earlier that Kyiv's forces had fled from Lyschansk to the cities of Seversk, Kramatorsk and Slaviansk under its control.
