For safety reasons, the Rosenheim State Building Authority is having almost 500 square meters of steel wire mesh renewed on the B 307 near Wildbad Kreuth to protect against falling rocks.
Kreuth - During an inspection, the Rosenheim State Building Authority found damage to the old network, which is intended to protect the B 307 near Kreuth from falling rocks.
A renewal was therefore commissioned.
The work has now started and will take about two weeks.
A specialist company from high mountain construction is active there.
This restores the networks partly from the street and partly with the help of safety ropes.
This can lead to brief traffic obstructions on the main road.
The measure costs a total of almost 100,000 euros and is paid for with federal funds from the Free State of Bavaria.
