After receiving the report, the police went to the second floor of the court to investigate, and called the explosives disposal unit to investigate the powder composition. There is no need to evacuate for the time being.

On-the-spot information indicated that the recipient was the Master Clerk.


The Secretary for Justice, Mr Lam Ting-kwok SC, issued a statement saying that he is very concerned about the incident.
