The SV turns 75 – and everyone celebrates with them: the Hohenkammer sports club celebrates three days

City party, games course and tent festival: On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the SV Hohenkammer, there was a lot going on in the Ampertal community all weekend long.

- It was a weekend that couldn't have been more beautiful: The celebration of the 75th anniversary of SV Hohenkammer was a complete success - the whole town celebrated.

The sports club really deserved this lavish festival, with more than 600 members it is the number one in the community club family.

Recognition also because of the clubhouse

District Administrator Helmut Petz also paid tribute to the association and visited the SVH on the festive Sunday, which began with a service in the schoolyard next to the sports grounds.

Most of the clubs from the municipality came to the celebration and to the small processions around the sports grounds.

Their delegations paid tribute to the sports club not only because of its many members, but also because of the club house, which is currently the only restaurant in Hohenkammer where you can meet and hold events and festivals.

The festivities culminated on Sunday, but the festival weekend had already started on Friday evening with a party in the town hall, which is adjacent to the sports facilities.

This evening for the young and the young at heart was well received and was a complete success with several hundred visitors.

The club is therefore considering whether the Stadlparty, which took place for the first time on the occasion of the SV anniversary, should also be increased in the future.

Thumbs up for the Stadlparty: Later in the evening, not only the bar was full, but also the dance floor.

Saturday belonged to the children: At the games festival, they could do more or less sport at many stations, from eating competitions to target shooting, and put their own skills to the test.

Youth leader Nicole Maritz and her helpers had come up with a number of activities for the fun course.

On the festival Sunday, it was shown once again that the people of Hohenkammer are a jolly bunch.

Football is not only a topic at SV, but in the community, and opinions sometimes differ: Because Pastor Hermann Schlicker, as a 1860 fan, teased FC Bayern, the answer from SVH club boss Alfred Kopp, one of the most ardent Bayern fans in the entire district, not long in coming.

The next festival is already planned

After that, the brass band Hohenkammer stole the sports club's sign because the signer didn't know that the wearer had to look out for the sign.

After the release with free drinks, the footballers got together and didn't take long to conquer the table of the musicians.

The negotiations turned out to be more difficult: Alfred Kopp was allowed to conduct a march in order to get the taferl back.

In addition, the brass band will soon be playing at a home game in the new season of the A-Class - and then there will be the next festival.
