39 clubs, organizations and groups have registered for the pageant at the Poing folk festival on Friday.

The folk festival lasts from July 8th to 17th.
Poing – The construction work for the 9th Poinger Volksfest (after a two-year Corona break) is in full swing, it starts on Friday, July 8th – with a large procession from the main street through the Plieninger Straße underpass to the Am Hanselbrunn festival grounds.
According to the promoters and organizers (Poing municipality and the landlords Manuel Scheyerl and Stefan Staudinger), around 800 people will take part in the procession.
A total of 39 clubs, institutions and groups.
Poing: Start on Friday with a pageant
The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. and will be at the folk festival around 6 p.m.
After the first beer keg has been tapped, Poing's 5th season is officially opened - it lasts up to and including Sunday 17th July.
In the amusement park, among other things, bumper cars, chain and children's carousels and "break dancing" await visitors of all ages.
There are also smaller stands and the goal wall shooting of TSV Poing.

As before the Corona pandemic, there will be special days at the folk festival.
It all starts on July 10th with traditional costume Sunday, when the Soldiers' and Comradeship Association Poing-Angelbrechting celebrates its 100+1st birthday.
In the afternoon, groups from the Poinger Trachtenverein Aubergler will perform.
On Monday, July 11, there will be a volunteer reception in the municipality of Poing for all those who work on a voluntary basis.
Tuesday, July 12th is seniors' day and at the same time children's afternoon in the amusement park with discounted prices.
Thursday, July 14th is Company Day.
Poing: Special days
Well-known Oktoberfest and party bands will play almost every day in the marquee, which, together with the covered beer garden, offers space for around 2200 people.
The only thing that won't happen this year is a big final fireworks display on the last day: because of the Ukraine war, the organizers are refraining from the banging.
As in the past, there is a free bus shuttle to the Poinger Volksfest, which stops in Anzing, Schwaberwegen, Forstinning, Markt Schwaben, Finsing, Gelting, Pliening, Landsham and Grub and drives back there.
