"Discounted apartment": Which locality is the most sought after and where is the highest chance of winning?
On the fourth day of the lottery, Ramat Gan and Rosh HaAyin are at the top of the demand table, one of the 25 localities in which the apartments are offered in the current lottery.

The second lottery of "Apartment at a discount" continues for the fourth day, and offers 5,500 apartments in 25 localities in the country.
Currently, the most sought-after localities in the current lottery are Ramat Gan and Rosh HaAyin.
Registration for the lottery is expected to end on July 17 at midnight, and the possibility of issuing a certificate of eligibility will be open until tomorrow.
Ramat Gan, which offers 349 apartments, has so far registered 29,062, the highest number of registrants for the locality.
The chance of getting an apartment in it at the moment is 1.2%.
The most sought-after locality after it is Rosh HaAyin, to which 25,798 are registered and where 439 housing units are offered - the chance of winning an apartment there is 1.7% as of today.

Ashdod, which offers 166 housing units, has so far registered 14,300 registrants, and the chance of winning it in the apartment is the lowest and stands at 1.1%.
In Ashkelon, where 398 housing units are offered, 17,119 registrants have been registered so far, and in Netanya, which offers the largest number of apartments among the localities, 888 units, 16,294 have been registered so far, which indicates a 5% chance as of today.
Haifa, which offers 295 apartments, has 10,088 registered, with a 2.9% chance of winning.
The localities where the chance is highest to win at present are the Arab localities Araba, Kfar Bara, Deir Hanna and Trean, while in Araba the chance is almost 50 percent.
In addition, low demand was recorded in the localities of Ma'ale Ephraim, Mitzpe Ramon and Arad.

How is eligibility for lottery participation issued?
The eligibility certificate can be issued online through the program website.
If the certificate has been issued before there is no need to issue another one.
Those who can not register online can register a digital registration remotely via online forms on the companies' websites or through the service centers by phone: Alonim * 2850, Milgam * 6078, Amidar * 6266.
The cost of issuing the certificate is NIS 240, and the procedure takes up to ten days in cases where all the relevant certificates have been transferred, in some cases there may be delays.
In the previous lottery, the most sought-after cities were Beer Yaakov, Rishon Lezion and Or Yehuda.
In Be'er Ya'akov, 37,243 households have been registered so far, competing for 512 apartments in the four lotteries.
According to the website developed by Liad Yosef, which calculates the chances of winning an apartment, the chance of winning an apartment there ranges from 0.12% to 0.56% for those who do not live in the city, while the local increases his chances and they range from 2.29% to 1.37%.
