A woman vandalizes a taco stand in Los Angeles, spits out the food and hits a worker

The aggressor arrived demanding that they give her a taco but she did not want to pay. She then started throwing food on the ground, swearing and assaulting a female worker. Police took more than an hour to arrive, according to the business owner.
