Always in control and full of charm, does Prince William stroll through his royal life?

Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that.

According to Royal expert Robert Jobson, the Royal can even really freak out.

London – With impeccable manners, Prince William (39) is always a confident and sophisticated conversationalist.

His marriage to Duchess Kate (40) is considered exemplary, three magical children make family happiness perfect.

Royal expert Robert Jobson (58) knows an unknown private side of the Duke of Cambridge: He has a "remarkably short fuse," he says.

I beg your pardon?

Prince William's fiery temper can explode at any time?

As a royal reporter, Robert Jobson has been following the immediate environment of the British royal family for 30 years.

He watched Prince William and Prince Harry (37) grow up, followed their development and also met Prince William many times.

The future heir to the throne will soon be celebrating his 40th birthday.

Time to get his findings out to the people, Jobson thought and surprised in "Mail Online" with a surprising statement: Prince William had a fiery temperament well hidden and could really explode.

The first-born son of Prince Charles (73) and Princess Diana (36, † 1997) shines next to his busy younger brother Prince Harry like an unshakable rock.

But appearances are deceptive, palace insiders told the reporter.

When it comes to family issues or frustration, the Duke of Cambridge can completely freak out.

Both brothers are said to suffer from "extreme mood swings," says a palace official.

"They have that in common with their mother Diana," he says, explaining the train.

She could "be your best friend one minute and your worst enemy the next." So there was no official birthday invitation for Harry, William apparently sees it completely emotionally.

As a politely distant character, Prince Charles would always have had difficulty dealing with his sons' unpredictable moods.

Like Charles, Duchess Camilla (74) avoids direct confrontation, preferring to get the message across through more subtle means.

The relationship between William and his father was often tense, reports the royal expert.

Prince William and Prince Charles do not have a close relationship

In fact, Prince Charles was much closer to his younger son until his departure as an active royal.

With Harry, the Prince of Wales would have talked for hours, while William was more reserved.

Even after moving to the United States, the son of Queen Elizabeth II (96) found words of praise for Harry that showed how proud he was of his son too.

With Duchess Kate, Prince William made a stroke of luck, Jobson certifies.

If William spoke up in a disagreement, Kate could easily keep up.

They say it has a balancing and calming effect on William.

Nevertheless, Prince Charles is always irritated and Kate's diplomacy can't change that.

William shows little respect for his father by pretending to be already heir to the throne rather than a future heir to the throne.

Only Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, is willing to put William in his place.
