After Bloom, in 2020, aimed at experienced entrepreneurs over 40, Force Femmes will launch the first promotion of its Booster program in September, which aims to support women leaders who are still over 40 but who have created their structure for less than three years.

Supported by the Ardian Fund and the Ardian Women's Club, the Booster scheme will take the form of free ten-day support spread over three months on the management of participants' businesses through workshops on business analysis, management tools and expert feedback on their strategy.
