Arnon Milchen's personal assistant, Hadas Klein, returned to the witness stand in the Jerusalem District Court this morning (Wednesday), as part of the evidentiary hearing in the 1000 case, in which opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu is accused of fraud and breach of trust.
State witnesses Nir Hefetz and Shlomo (Momo) Pilber have already testified regarding the 1000 case, but Klein is in fact the first key witness in the 1000 case, and who is expected to shed light on the alleged benefits transferred from Milchen and billionaire James Packer to Netanyahu and his family.

According to the indictment, the benefits from Milchen and Packer, which included cigars and champagne boxes, were given to Benjamin and Sarah Netanyahu continuously, in response to requests and even demands, including through deliveries, even when Milchen and Packer were not in Israel, so much so that they became a kind of "line. supply".
The scope of the benefits accrued to the amount of NIS 690,000, and they were given to Netanyahu in connection with his public positions and his status as Prime Minister of Israel.
Netanyahu, for his part, acted to assist Milchen in obtaining an American visa, and to extend the "Milchen Law," which grants him tax benefits.
Netanyahu also asked Melichen to invest in the Israeli media market, and even brought with him Pilber, then the director general of the Ministry of Communications. Authorized Netanyahu to receive gifts like cigars from his friend.
Lawyer Boaz Ben-Tzur represented Milchen and his assistant Hadas Klein in investigating the 1000 and 2000 cases, and even flew to London to accompany him to the interrogation room in 2017. Following pressure from capital tycoon Larry Allison on Milchen, the latter agreed to release Ben-Tzur from the representation, so that the lawyer can represent Netanyahu in the 4000 case. Meanwhile, last October Klein contacted the prosecution team and asked to provide new information regarding the 1000 case, about purchasing a piece of jewelry for Sarah Netanyahu worth NIS 50,000.
