The Ocean Park Conservation Fund of Hong Kong said that it received a report today (6th) to follow up on a case of stranding of a cetacean, which was found at Pui O Beach, involving an adult Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin.
At present, the fund staff have brought the dolphins back to the Ocean Park for detailed anatomy and testing.

According to the Ocean Park Conservation Fund of Hong Kong, the cetacean is a female Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin with a length of about 238 centimeters and is the 15th stranding case this year.
The Ocean Park Conservation Foundation of Hong Kong appeals to the public to call the 1823 hotline if suspected strandings of cetaceans, sharks and catfish are found, and provide the time, location and photos of the strandings, so that the action team can arrive at the scene as soon as possible to follow up.
