In the opening remarks, the author explained that despite the fact that the Book of Psalms is one of the most found in the houses of Israel and in the churches and seminaries, nevertheless, so far not a single book has been published that explains the special laws regarding the book written by King
David. He explained that the need to write an entire book on the laws of reading
Psalms
was born out of many questions placed on the desk of the teaching house he heads and which is already considered a halakhic authority in ultra-Orthodox communities across Brooklyn.
"The standard is so corrupting that sometimes the great eagle Maimonides called him an 'infidel', and sometimes in a light act as a razor while reading a person loses his world and sometimes a person who reads provokes laws instead of grace and mercy and like the reader at night, and many more priests," he wrote. The rabbi ground the opening words of the book.
In the words of agreement to the new book - which, as stated, were spread over 16 pages, Rabbi Yosef Rabbi Yosef wrote about the author rabbi: "Justice and Maggid Misharim, oil turks his name, honor his glorious name."
Rabbi Yosef was joined by Rabbi Yosef - the greatest rabbis who attached their consent and blessing to the new book, headed by the geniuses; Rosh Yeshiva of Life and Peace Jerusalem and other rabbis.
