Vitaly Ganchev, head of the Civil Military Administration of the Kharkov region in northeastern Ukraine, announced the liberation of Russian forces about 20 percent of the territory of the province from the forces and mercenaries of the Kyiv regime.
And the Russia Today website quoted Ganchev as saying: “So far, four regions have been liberated in the Kharkov province, namely Volchansky, Izyumsky, Kubansky and Kharkovsky,” noting that it is difficult to give an accurate number now because the front lines are constantly moving.
Ganchev confirmed the availability of electricity, water and communications in all liberated areas despite the Ukrainian army's bombing of infrastructure and power stations that feed cities, which leads to power and water cuts in some villages, pointing out that the Russian Roscity Electricity Company delivered 167 tons of equipment to the district for the rehabilitation of electricity networks.
