The driver of a red Dacia filed a complaint with the police on Wednesday morning for coercion.
Shortly after 7 a.m., the man was on the Töl 7 district road from Bad Tölz in the direction of Königsdorf.
According to him, about two kilometers before the village he was cut and slowed down by a gray BMW.

According to the statement of another, independent road user, however, the facts are different, reports the police.
After that, it was the Dacia driver who coerced the other by rearing up, flashing the headlights and even driving next to the BMW - apparently only because the BMW had previously overtaken him in accordance with the rules.
