More than a hundred days have passed since the disappearance of Moishe Kleinerman, and there is still no end to the affair.

Police forces continued to search the Meron area this week in an attempt to understand what happened to him, but to no avail at the moment.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police is holding a situation assessment discussion today at the Ma'ale Adumim station in the SJ district regarding the police's efforts to locate Moishe.

As part of the assessment of the situation with the SJ District Commander, Superintendent Uzi Levy, Chief of Staff, Superintendent Yigal Ben Shalom, Acting Commander of the SJ District and other sources, the Commissioner received a broad overview of the Israel Police's investigative and operational activities. Since the Israel Police received the report of his absence, the police have been working around the clock and with large forces in searches for Moshe, and at the same time many investigative actions are being carried out, most of which are confidential and are protected under a restraining order.

A few weeks ago and in parallel with the police activity, a special investigation team was established in the central unit of the SJ district and in conjunction with the Investigations and Intelligence Division, which works with all means available to the Israel Police to locate him.

"We will not give up until we understand what happened to Moishe and where he is," the commissioner said.

The SJ District conducts together with all the factors all the necessary actions. This is a complex investigation that began with a report of his absence, and although he has been seen in the Meron area in the past, we do not rule out any place in the country where he may be found. "It is for Moishe that he is alive. We will continue our efforts to locate him and invest the large forces alongside the other tasks of the Israel Police." 

As you may recall, the search for Kleinerman resumed last week in the area of ​​Mount Meron, the last area where the boy was last seen, after the development that took place in the affair following the arrest of a suspect involved in the disappearance.

The suspect was released last Monday from custody.

In addition, the Knesset's Internal Security Committee held a discussion about two weeks ago, before the Knesset was dissolved, following the disappearance.
