The HA pointed out that it has established a rigorous evaluation mechanism to monitor and evaluate the performance of service contractors, including staff ratings and regular “Statistical Interviews on the Performance of Estate Service and Routine Maintenance Contractors” to collect tenants’ opinions and so on, and the mutual committee's rating only accounts for a part of it.

When approving or renewing service contracts, the HA will also review the relevant work experience and service level of all service contractors according to the current assessment mechanism, and select suitable service contractors.
