Liang plays co-ordinator role at banquet

The prosecution alleges that the defendant Liang Wanbing had already paid the fine for the restriction order, so he applied to sign a conservative behavior.

The magistrate pointed out that the number of guests involved in the banquet was quite large, and the bill was as high as 50,000 yuan, reflecting the large scale of the banquet, so he ordered Liang to sign himself 1,500 yuan, and not commit any charges related to Chapter 599G within 15 months, and must Maintain social peace.

Four other defendants deny the charges and will be tried in January next year
