The medical staff of the detention center was called to the scene and began resuscitation operations.
An ambulance and a mobile vehicle that arrived at the facility were also unsuccessful in the resuscitation operations and his death was determined on the spot.
The prisoner, a resident of Ashkelon, born in 1966, single, convicted of arson, was admitted to the IPS in December 2019, this is his tenth entry into the IPS.
