Kochel am See
– According to the police, a 36-year-old driver of an Aprilia motorcycle from Oberau fell on Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. on the Kesselberg route downhill towards Kochel in a tight right-hand bend, apparently due to a driving error.
The machine slipped onto the oncoming lane against the Ford of a 58-year-old from Wermelskirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia, which was occupied by two people.
Aprilia driver slightly injured
The two-wheeler stopped in the right lane.
A 22-year-old Landsberger who was also driving downhill was unable to brake his Kawasaki motorcycle in time in the curve, evaded the person lying on the ground to the left and also crashed into the already standing Ford. The Aprilia driver was slightly injured.
The car suffered 5000 euros, the Aprilia 500 euros and the Kawasaki 1000 euros.
The Aprilia driver also has to answer for almost completely worn tires.
