Irmgard Posch remains Erding's BBV district farmer.
Her deputy, on the other hand, is new.
Riedersheim – Irmgard Posch from the municipality of Isen is the name of the previous and now re-elected district farmer.
She was confirmed in office at the meeting of local farmers in the Bavarian Farmers' Association (BBV) in the Prostmeier inn, as was district chairman Jakob Maier in a duel with Michael Hamburger.
Posch's deputy is now called Irmgard Radlmaier.
She comes from the Hofkirchen branch and replaces Lore Hermannsdorfer from Lengdorf, who left after five years for reasons of age.
Since 2017, Posch, 45, has represented the interests of local farmers on the BBV district board of the Erding and Freising districts.
She emphasized the importance of volunteering at the local level: "I depend on you 29 local representatives."
In addition to the commitment, which she praised, such an activity also brings a lot of "benefit and great satisfaction".
As one of the campaigns from the past, she mentioned the 2019 advent calendar campaign, in which a local farmer told a special story in the local newspaper.
This year, according to Posch, there was already a safety day for children on a farm in Hönning near Lengdorf.
"We demonstrated at various stations how important and valuable wearing a bicycle helmet is, explained the blind spot in a truck or the dangers of handling explosive gases." The BBV also set itself a task, a kind of Present school for life in order to convey important everyday skills to children and young people.
After a word of welcome from BBV district farmer Christine Singer from the district of Garmisch, the election took place under the supervision of BBV evaluation officer Franz Sedlmaier.
Advisors are Anna Mayr (Berglern), Melanie Huber (Forstern), Anna Stanner (book), Stefanie Hörmann and Anita Empl (both Taufkirchen).
