eScooter drivers without insurance - but under drugs

District – Because there was no insurance number on his e-scooter, a 19-year-old from Starnberg was noticed by a patrol from the Starnberg Police Inspectorate on Possenhofener Straße last night around 00.45 a.m.
Upon inspection, officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana.
The young man also immediately admitted to having smoked a joint.
The Starnberger also had a bag of marijuana in his backpack.
Thus, in addition to the violation of the Compulsory Insurance Act and the fine for driving under the influence of drugs, there is also criminal proceedings for illegal possession of narcotics.
