The director of the National Center for Distance Education (Cned) in Toulouse was sentenced Thursday to a one-year suspended prison sentence for sexual exhibition in front of children.
On May 7, this 45-year-old defendant engaged in sexual exhibition during a football tournament in Toulouse, attended by 600 children aged six to nine.

He also received a ban on having any activity in contact with minors, as well as a registration in the file of perpetrators of sexual offences.

The prosecution had requested three years of socio-judicial follow-up with treatment orders, the prohibition of any activity in contact with minors, compensation for victims and registration in the file of sex offenders.
“Overwork, isolation during confinement, depression and taking narcotics”
: his lawyer, Me Caroline Limasset-Protin, attributed his actions to several factors.
