Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Ilya Kiva revealed that there are high-ranking leaders in Kyiv waiting for the opportunity to support the Russian military operation and purge Ukraine of neo-Nazis.
"Two members of the Verkhovna Rada have resigned and are actively working with Russia, as they sought to liberate the country from the pro-Western Kyiv regime," Kiva was quoted as saying on his Telegram channel, RIA Novosti news agency reported.
Kiva noted that at least 12 families of the highest levels of power are ready today at the first opportunity to move to the side of Russia and liberated Ukraine, stressing that in the future the number of Kyiv officials and legislators who will openly support Moscow's actions will increase.
