Kittens threatened by flames - fire brigade does not hesitate for a second

The fire brigade in Essen was on its way to a fire on July 6th - and rescued a total of five kittens (symbol image cats, IDZRW montage).

In Essen, a tool shed caught fire – there were also five kittens in it.
However, the fire brigade prevented worse.
Cologne – The kittens had a few real guardian angels: on Wednesday evening, June 6th, the Essen fire brigade was alerted to Hafenstrasse.
Already on the approach, the first forces of fire station 3 saw a heavy development of smoke.
Upon arrival, a tool shed with adjacent stables on an area of around 140 square meters was on fire.
The flames had already spread to the stables.
The owner stated that fortunately the horses kept there were on another farm.
However, there should be five kittens in the building, reports 24RHEIN.

Firefighting and the rescue of the cats were initiated immediately.
The good news soon followed: All five kittens were rescued unharmed and handed over to the owner.
The flames spread rapidly, so that after a short time the entire building was fully engulfed.
The fire was extinguished with a total of seven hand-held nozzles and one tube via the turntable ladder.
Several fire inspections were carried out during the night.

The Essen fire brigade was on duty for around three hours with a fire engine, the Essen-Borbeck volunteer fire brigade, basic training, an ambulance and several special vehicles.
The cause of the fire is unclear.
The police have started the investigation.
A fire broke out in Bochum just two days ago – in a Lidl supermarket there.
