Accident in Haifa:
A motorcyclist ran over a wild boar tonight (Thursday) on Stella Maris Road in Haifa, the animal was killed in the accident and the rider was moderately injured.
According to the rescue forces, a 28-year-old man was taken to Rambam Hospital in Haifa in fair condition with injuries to his limbs, after he ran over a wild boar while riding a motorcycle.

Yehuda Lobert, a paramedic at the Rescue Union who provided him with first aid, said: "This is an accident involving a motorcycle and a wild boar. We provided first aid to the motorcyclist who was moderately injured.
A senior paramedic riding an MDA motorcycle, Ahmed Zidane, said: "The rider was lying on the side of the road near the motorcycle and at a great distance from the pig while he was conscious and suffering from injuries to his limbs.
We provided him with primary medical care in the field and evacuated him for further treatment at the hospital when his condition was stable. "
