Two men, including a police officer, were indicted at the end of June in the investigation for trafficking in human beings and rape of a minor in which the ex-CEO of the Assu 2000 group, Jacques Bouthier, is imprisoned, said Thursday July 7 a judicial source, confirming information from Le Monde.
This brings to eight the number of indicted in this case.
One of them, a former boxer converted into private security according to Le Monde, was for criminal association, non-denunciation of sexual assault on a minor under 15 and active corruption on a person holding the 'public authority.
He was remanded in custody.
The other, a police officer from the La Courneuve police station (Seine-Saint-Denis), is notably being prosecuted for passive corruption by a person holding public authority and complicity in breach of professional secrecy.

Jacques Bouthier, 75, indicted since May 21 for rape of a minor and trafficking in human beings, is also suspected of having wanted to set up a team to kidnap a young woman who had filmed him in a bed with a 14 year old teenager.
According to a source close to the case, quoted by RTL radio which revealed this case, a 22-year-old young woman presented herself to the Parisian police in March, explaining that for five years, she had been "
captive
" of a very wealthy man. who raped her.

substitute
” to take over and would therefore have found this 14-year-old teenager, hoping to trap the businessman.
According to Le Monde, the Courneuve police officer was contacted by the boxer and recruited three of his teammates, one of whom has since been exonerated, to go to the 22-year-old young woman's home and verify her presence there. .
The police headquarters confirmed to AFP that it had opened an administrative investigation into these police officers.
