Jacinda Ardern, who has long criticized the right of veto of the five permanent members of the Security Council (China, United States, France, United Kingdom, Russia), renewed her call for a reform of the United Nations.
The UN's "
failure
" over Ukraine is due to Moscow's veto power, she told a talk at Sydney's Lowy Institute, a think tank, during of a visit to Australia.
