According to the case, in 2011, an online blogger uploaded an article titled "Learn How to Arouse and Regenerate Facial Collagen", showing that Zhang Jie attended the "Sculptra Shaping the Visual Age of 10 Years of Youth".

In 2012, an online blogger published an article stating that Zhang Jie attended the press conference of the Taiwanese brand "Confessional Skin", and his titles at the press conference were "Medical Director of Kang Shimei Dermatology Center".

On January 20, 2014, Ms. Guo received the HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) beauty treatment provided by Zhang Jie, and later shared the photos of the treatment on her "Longfeng Mom" ​​blog.

Later, Zhang Jie and Guo attended the "Longfeng Mother HIFU Experience Sharing Session" and displayed their titles as "Medical Director of Xinjie Medical Group".

Defendant Zhang Jie stated in his written testimony that he attended the "Sculptra 10-Year Visual Age Symposium" in 2011 and did not know whether there were internet bloggers in the audience, but today he gave oral testimony, saying, "I have an impression of baa audience, but I can't find any substantive evidence." The chairman of the hearing panel, Liu Yunyi, questioned why he suddenly changed his testimony "against Taiwan". Zhang pointed out that a lawyer previously suggested that he "have evidence to speak, but if there is no evidence to speak," he adopted his suggestion.

As for the 2012 Taiwanese brand "Confessional Skin" press conference, Zhang Jie pointed out that the brand invited him to attend the event. At that time, he was teaching internal staff about skin moisturizing, aiming at education. He didn't know the nature of the event for the press conference. Zhang finally learned of the incident after receiving a complaint from the Medical Council, and tried to contact him via email to delete the photo, but to no avail, saying that he could not get in touch with Guo.
