The Citizen Service Technology Directorate of the Ministry of Communications and Technology announced that the e-citizen service center will continue to provide its electronic services during the days of the Eid al-Adha holiday.
The Director of the Citizen Service Technology Directorate, Eng. Samer Yamani, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the center will provide, during the holidays, the services of a summary of the criminal record “not judged” and the civil registry “output of an individual record – marriage statement – birth statement – divorce statement – death statement” in addition to a registry service. Employees in the state are “non-working”.
Yamani pointed out that citizens can request their transactions through the website of the electronic portal of the citizen service centers or through the “My Muamalat” application on the smartphone, as the center receives complaints from citizens at the number 8080.
Yamani indicated that the fees for electronic transactions are paid electronically through banks linked to the “Syrian Electronic Payments” system, which are the Syrian Commercial and Real Estate Bank, Bemo Saudi Fransi Bank, Al Baraka and the International Islamic and Levant Bank of Syria.
Yamani pointed out that the fees can be paid either through the customer’s bank’s website or through the bank’s electronic application after entering the transaction number whose fees are required to be paid. Payment can also be made through the Syriatel Cash service for Syriatel subscribers or the Mobile Cash service for “MTN” subscribers.
Yamani added that the required documents are delivered after their completion exclusively through the nearest postal center of the Syrian Post, which was chosen during the request for the transaction.
