When explaining the case, the police pointed out that the arrested woman was a civil servant and believed that she was acquainted with the recipient. At about 0:00 a.m. on Saturday (9th), Superintendent Ng Chung-wai of the Organised Crime and Triad Investigation Division (Record O) explained his affection to the media.
