A site worker who has weathered his criminal record many times falsely claimed to be a manager of a fashion company to an 18-year-old girl, saying that the woman was a suitable candidate to be a model, and then performed a "sensitivity test" for the girl on the back stairs, including asking her Unbuttoning the bust, and licking the girl's breasts and private parts.

The site worker pleaded guilty to indecent assault in the District Court today (8th), saying that he felt financial pressure to support a family of six.

The judge adjourned the case to July 22 for sentencing, pending the request for psychological, psychiatric and background reports for the defendant, during which the defendant needs to continue to repay.

The defendant, Wu Wenhao (46), pleaded guilty to one count of indecent assault, accusing him of indecently assaulting a woman X on the staircase of a building in Sham Shui Po on April 22, 2021.

The prosecution revealed that the defendant has a record of 6 convictions, involving 17 criminal records, 9 of which are similar to this case.

According to the case, the defendant followed X, who was only 18, from the Sham Shui Po MTR station to go home that day. The two entered the elevator in the building. The defendant pressed the 5th floor, but left with X on the 10th floor and stopped the defendant at the stairwell.

The defendant claimed to be a manager of a fashion company, saying that X was a suitable model candidate, and then suspected a phone call and said that a model had been found.

The defendant pressed X with his fingers. the chest for about 5 minutes, and called X to indicate its pain on a 0 to 10 degree scale.

The defendant then licked X's chest with his tongue. X felt very afraid that he would repeat "no". The defendant further instructed X to remove his shorts and underwear to his knees, and then spread his legs without looking at him.

X immediately felt that his private parts were touched, and found that the defendant was touching his private parts with his index finger, and then licked his private parts with his tongue for about 8 minutes. X was frightened and dizzy, and kept saying "no" repeatedly, and asked the defendant to let her leave.

After X finished his clothes, the defendant followed X to the house before leaving.

X later informed his mother of the incident and called the police.
