This is the paradox of summer: more holidaymakers than last year but companies that will not be able to meet their requests for lack of arms.

Covid has changed everything.
Seasonal workers have learned to love weekend holidays, evenings at home, and discovered new jobs;
young people would shun summer jobs.
Others are said to have changed their relationship to work.
There is even talk of a big resignation.
For bars, cafes, restaurants, it is especially the great desertion!
