Around midnight, a fire broke out in a straw barn near Obing.
200 firefighters fought the flames.
Ten calves died.
Now the police are investigating.

According to the police, the fire broke out around midnight.
When the first emergency services arrived, the barn was already fully engulfed in flames.
The fire brigade was able to prevent it from spreading to the house.
No one was injured, but ten calves died in the blaze.

The amount of property damage is estimated by the officials at 500,000 euros.
Kripo Traunstein began investigating that night.
The cause of the fire is so far unclear.
