As reported by the Ministry of Defense in Moscow, Russia has destroyed western weapons in attacks in eastern Ukraine.
According to ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov, a hangar with US-supplied M777 howitzers was destroyed near the village of Chasiv Yar in Donetsk region.
Dozens of Ukrainian soldiers and foreign fighters were also killed in the attack.
