MK Amichai Shikli is expected to withdraw the appeal against his declaration as a retiree on the right, and will resign from the Knesset - Walla learned today (Sunday) !.
In this way, he will be able to run in the next Knesset in an existing party, such as the Likud, where he was promised armor.
This is a decision made as part of a hearing held today in the Jerusalem District Court in an appeal filed by Shikli against his declaration as a retiree.
Lawyers for the right-wing party, which opposed the dissolution of the Knesset to a similar move before the dissolution of the Knesset, also agreed to the proposal, which would cancel Shikli's declaration as a retiree.
Likud chairman Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to have three armors on the Likud list that he can offer to Shikli, Idit Silman and Nir Orbach, as well as considering armor for Brigadier General Gal Hirsch.
Likud officials estimate that Shikli and Silman will be given armor in the party if they want to, while Orbach sounds more reluctant.

In April, the Knesset committee announced the Knesset member as retiring.
Although he retired from the coalition earlier, the right decided to use the punishment procedure against him, ten months after his retirement, after former coalition chairman Idit Silman did the same and thus threatened the party's stability. He announced that he
would not run for office in the next Likud or any other party.
"There is no chance that I will resign from the Knesset," the Knesset member said at the time.
In a conversation with Anat Davidov and Golan Yokfaz, Shikli clarified that despite his resignation from the right, and the risk to his political future in that he still remains in the Knesset, he will not resign from the Knesset in "no situation."
Shikli was asked if he sees himself as a minister in the next government under Netanyahu - and replied "I wish".
