Here in Munich you can still enjoy a beer garden for little money

Those who cycle, walk or hike also need refreshments.
And what could be better than a visit to one of Munich's beautiful beer gardens?
Munich - A beer, half a chicken or a portion of Obazda cost around ten euros in many places!
However, that doesn't have to be the case, especially in smaller beer gardens it's sometimes cheaper.
Our newspaper went on a search: where else in Munich can you get comparatively good and cheap snacks?
Beer gardens in Munich: Olympia Alm
Munich's highest mini beer garden lures with a magnificent view from the Olympiaberg.
There is also a wonderful snack: sausage salad 8 euros, Obazda 8 euros, bratwurst in a roll 3.50 euros, fries 5 euros, fish sandwich 4.50 euros, beer (Ayinger) 8 euros.

Beer gardens in Munich: Mini-Hofbräuhaus
Dogs and their owners are very welcome in this beer garden in the northern part of the English Garden.
After a walk, the day can end here.

Right next to the Denninger Anger in an allotment settlement, the small, wonderfully green beer garden (open to the public) awaits.

Beer gardens in Munich: Friends of Nature House
The beer garden in Thalkirchen, also known as the boathouse, is located near the Isar and is particularly popular with families because of its large lawn with a playground and all kinds of play equipment for the children.
The prices: Obazda 6.90 euros, sausage salad 6.70 euros, portion of fries 3.80 euros, beer (Hacker Pschorr) 7.50 euros.

Beer gardens in Munich: Leiberheim
In Waldperlach not far from the Schopenhauer Forest is the traditional inn with a large and comparatively inexpensive beer garden - typically Bavarian, it is located under large, old chestnut trees.
Obazda 7.20 euros, sausage salad 7.50 euros, portion of fries 4.30 euros, half a chicken 8.10 euros, mass beer Erhartinger 8.60 euros.

Next to the beer benches and beer tables on the Mühle island in Obermenzing, the Würm flows idyllically along - a beautiful excursion destination in the nature reserve.

The winter garden is an institution, located directly on Elisabethplatz in Schwabing.
The market there is currently being renovated, but a visit to the beer garden is still worthwhile.
Tip: Every day before 12 p.m. there is Weißwurst for one euro each!

Beer gardens in Munich: Mühlenpark
Far away from everyday noise, the Mühlenpark is located in the middle of a leisure facility in Garching near Munich.
Under the old chestnut trees you can find a place in the shade even when the temperatures are hot, and the mill stream flows next to it.

The Brunnergarten is hidden between Scheidplatz and Petuelring – a little insider tip.
