Hadas Klein, Arnon Milchen's personal assistant, continues this morning (Monday) her testimony in the 1000 case, in the Jerusalem District Court.
This is the third day of Klein's testimony, and the prosecution is expected to complete the main investigation, during which Klein spoke about the cigar and champagne supply line from Arnon Milchen and James Packer, to opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sarah.
Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu's defense attorney, Adv. Amit Haddad, will begin the investigation tomorrow, trying to undermine Klein's credibility and refute her testimony
. This, after he posted pictures of her home on Twitter, mocked her version at the legal hearing and called her a “hypocrite.” Since Birdy is defined as a journalist, his interrogation requires the approval of the state attorney, who has not yet confirmed.

According to the indictment in the 1000 case, the benefits from Milchen and Packer, which included boxes of cigars and packages of champagne, were given to Benjamin and Sarah Netanyahu continuously, in response to requests and even demands.
The scope of the benefits has accumulated to the amount of NIS 690,000.
Netanyahu also acted on his part to assist Milchen in obtaining an American visa, and to extend the "Milchen Law," which grants him tax benefits.
In addition, Netanyahu asked Melichen to invest in the Israeli media market, and even brought with him Pilber, then the director general of the Ministry of Communications. Last October, Klein contacted the prosecution team and asked them to provide new information on the purchase of jewelry to Sarah Netanyahu worth NIS 50,000.

What is Netanyahu accused of?
In the 1000 case
(the gifts affair), Netanyahu is accused of receiving benefits from businessmen Arnon Milchen and James Packer worth about NIS 700,000, while he served as prime minister.
The main gifts were cigars, champagne packages and jewelry.
In addition, it was alleged that Netanyahu acted in Milchen's favor in three matters, in which the businessman sought his intervention: he approached US Secretary of State John Kerry to extend the businessman's visa, he approached Finance Minister Yair Lapid to extend the exemption. A tax for returning residents, and he worked to promote a merger of "Keshet" and "Reshet" - ostensibly at Milchen's request.

(Bezeq-Walla affair!) The most serious case for the prime minister deals with regulatory benefits worth hundreds of millions of shekels, which Netanyahu allegedly granted to Elowitz.
