A 12-year-old girl arrived at the hospital with a deep wound to her face, most likely caused by a stabbing weapon.

It happened last night in Naples.

The little girl arrived shortly after 1.30 am in the emergency room of the Pellegrini hospital, in the historic center, and was immediately operated on.

The first prognosis is 30 days.

The 12-year-old was then transferred to the 'Santobono' pediatric hospital and subsequently discharged.

The carabinieri have started investigations to clarify the dynamics of the incident.

According to doctors, the scar from the deep wound inflicted on the face of the 12-year-old stabbed last night in Naples will be at least partially permanent.

The girl was treated first in the Vecchio Pellegrini hospital and then transferred from there to the Santobono pediatric hospital, from which she was discharged.

She is now at home.

The first prognosis is one month for "permanent facial damage".

In the future the victim will be subjected to new visits and possibly plastic surgery to try to reduce the damage.

The police investigate the case.

It would have been the 17-year-old boyfriend who wounded the 12-year-old who was scarred last night in Naples in the face with a knife.

The boy is currently unavailable.

On his trail there are the carabinieri, who have been entrusted with the investigation.

The same victim reported the name of the perpetrator of the attack to the doctors and then to the military, adding that the 17-year-old allegedly acted for "reasons of jealousy".
