The head of the Russian National Defense Control Center Mikhail Mizintsev revealed that the Kyiv regime forces planned to blow up an agricultural school in the city of Slavyansk in the Donetsk People's Republic, accusing the Russian forces of doing so.
And the website of the Russia Today channel quoted Mezintsev as saying in a statement today that the Ukrainian Nazis booby-trapped an agricultural school building and under the pretext of ensuring security, residents of nearby residential areas were detained as they plan to blow up the building when Russian forces start bombing military facilities in the city.
After that, Mizintsev added, Kyiv plans to accuse the Russian forces of launching indiscriminate strikes on peaceful targets.
