The magician who puts a smile on the faces of customers while joking with them and offers them a cup of refreshing tamarind, prepares his drink after going through several stages, starting with soaking the tamarind in boiling water for a whole day and then squeezing it with old tools manually, filtering it with a soft gauze, then sweetening it with sugar and placing it in a copper jug because it preserves On the properties of dates.

Al-Sahar pointed out that he replaced the glass cups that were used in the past and the sounds of hitting each other with a special ringing that impresses passers-by with ones made of plastic that are used for one time, in order to ensure the health of customers, indicating that he markets his products through internal and external exhibitions, where the tamarind drink formed his passport to neighboring countries through His participation in exhibitions in the Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain to revive this heritage profession.
