The four people, arrested Friday evening at the toll of Villefranche-sur-Saône (Rhône) were indicted "
counts of kidnapping of a 15-year-old minor committed in an organized gang and intentional violence aggravated by two circumstances having resulted in a lower ITT eight days
,” prosecutor Guillaume Donnadieu told AFP.
Child abducted “forcibly” from his family
Aged 27 to 36, these residents of Marseille, all known to the police, were placed in pre-trial detention.
The 27-year-old father was separated from the mother, the prosecutor said.
The little boy had been kidnapped on Friday in Gauchy (Aisne) by "
several hooded individuals
", who had burst into the house where he lived "

The Research and Intervention Brigades (BRI) of Dijon and Lyon released the child "
safe and sound
" and arrested the suspects.
The child was returned to his mother in the evening.
